Activating a Site
Procedure
| Step 1 | From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, select Provisioning . |
| Step 2 | Click Site. The Sites page appears. This page lists all the sites. |
| Step 3 | Click the ellipsis icon beside the site that you want to activate and click Restore. The Confirm Activate? dialog box appears. |
| Step 4 | Click Yes to confirm. The status of the site changes to Active. |
