To download the agent update template:

Procedure

Step 1

From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning

Step 2

Choose Templates and then Agent Update Template.

The Opening AgentBulkUpdate.csv dialog box appears.
Step 3

You can do one of the following:

  • Open the file.
  • Save the file in your local system.
