Create an Agent Profile

To create an agent profile:

Step 1	From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning
Step 2	Choose Agent Profiles. The Agent Profiles page appears. This page displays a list of agent profiles.
Step 3	Click the + New Agent Profile and enter the following settings: General Information Auxiliary Codes Collaboration Dial Plan Agent DN Validation Agent Viewable Statistics Agent Thresholds
