Activate an Agent Profile

To activate an agent profile:

Procedure


Step 1

From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning

Step 2

Choose Agent Profiles.

The Agent Profiles page appears. This page displays a list of agent profiles.

Step 3

Click the ellipsis icon beside an agent profile with the status Not Active and click Restore.

The Confirm Activate? dialog box appears.
Step 4

Click Yes to confirm.

The status of the agent profile changes to Active.
