Deactivate a Multimedia Profile

Note

You cannot deactivate a Multimedia profile if you associate it with any entity.

To delete a multimedia profile:

Procedure

Step 1

From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning

Step 2

Choose Multimedia Profiles.

The Multimedia Profiles page appears. This page displays a list of multimedia profiles.

Step 3

Click the ellipsis icon beside the multimedia profile that you want to deactivate, and click Delete.

The Heads Up! page appears.
Step 4

Click Yes to confirm.
