Activate a Multimedia Profile

Procedure


Step 1

From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning

Step 2

Choose Multimedia Profiles.

The Multimedia Profiles page appears. This page displays a list of multimedia profiles.

Step 3

Click the ellipsis icon beside a multimedia profile with the status Not Active and click Restore.

The Confirm Activate? dialog box appears.
Step 4

Click Yes to confirm.

The status of the multimedia profile changes to Active.
