Delete a Dial Number to Entry Point Mappings

To delete the mapping of a dial number to an entry point:

Procedure

Step 1

From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, click Provisioning.

Step 2

Click DN to Entry Point Mappings.

The DN to Entry Point Mappings appears. This page lists all the available mappings.
Step 3

Click the ellipsis icon beside the entry that you want to delete.

Step 4

Click Delete.

Step 5

Click Yes to the prompt message to confirm deletion.
