Map an Entry Point

To map an entry point:

Procedure

Step 1

On the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, click Provisioning.

Step 2

Click DN to Entry Point Mappings.

Step 3

Click + New DN to EP Mapping.

Step 4

Enter the following fields:

  • For DN mapping:

    Setting

    Description

    Available Numbers / DN

    Select the number that you want to map to this entry point.

    Entry Point

    Select the entry point to which you want to map the DN.

Step 5

Click Save.
