Revoke API Key for a User
Procedure
Step 1 | From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning. |
Step 2 | Click Users. The Users page appears. This page lists all the users in your enterprise. |
Step 3 | Click the ellipsis icon beside the required user and click Revoke API Key. A message appears that you have successfully revoked the API Key for the user.
If you do not map an API key to the profile of that user, an error message appears that the user does not have an API key. |
