Export Provisioned Items for a User

To export the details of the items that you have provisioned for a user:

Step 1

From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, click Provisioning.

Step 2

Click Users.

The Users page appears. This page lists all the users in your enterprise.
Step 3

Click the ellipsis icon beside a username and click Excel or PDF. The report has details about the following items:

Active Inbound Entry Point Details

The details about the entry points that you map to the user.

Outdial Entry Points

The details about the outdial entry points that you map to the user.

Inbound Queues

The details about the queues that you map to the user.

Outdial Queues

The details about the outdial queues that you map to the user.

Sites

The details about the sites that you map to the user.

Teams

The details about the teams that you map to the user.

Agents

The details about the agents that you map to the user.
