Delete an Outdial ANI
Note | You cannot delete an outdial ANI if you have associated it with any entity, for example, an Agent Profile. |
To delete an outdial ANI:
Before you begin
Procedure
Step 1 | From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning. |
Step 2 | Choose Outdial ANI. The Outdial ANI page appears. This page displays a list of outdial ANIs. |
Step 3 | Click the ellipsis icon beside the outdial ANI that you want to delete. |
Step 4 | Click Delete. |
Step 5 | Click Yes to the prompt message to confirm deletion. For more information on deleting an outdial ANI entry, see Outdial ANI Entry List. |
