Delete an Outdial ANI

Note

You cannot delete an outdial ANI if you have associated it with any entity, for example, an Agent Profile.

To delete an outdial ANI:

Before you begin

Create an Outdial ANI.

Procedure


Step 1

From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning.

Step 2

Choose Outdial ANI.

The Outdial ANI page appears. This page displays a list of outdial ANIs.

Step 3

Click the ellipsis icon beside the outdial ANI that you want to delete.

Step 4

Click Delete.

Step 5

Click Yes to the prompt message to confirm deletion.
