Deactivate a User Profile

Before you begin

Ensure that you do not associate the user profile to any entity before deactivating the user profile.

To deactivate a user profile:

Step 1

From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning

Step 2

Choose User Profiles.

The User Profiles page appears. This page displays a list of user profiles.

Step 3

Click the ellipsis icon beside a user profile and click Delete.

The Heads Up! dialog box appears.
Step 4

Click Yes to confirm.

The status of the user profile changes to Not Active.
