Activate a User Profile

Procedure


Step 1

From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning

Step 2

Choose User Profiles.

The User Profiles page appears. This page displays a list of user profiles.

Step 3

Click the ellipsis icon beside the user profile you want to activate and click Restore.

The Confirm Activate? dialog box appears.
Step 4

Click Yes to confirm.

The status of the user profile changes to Active.
