Create a CAD Variable

To create a CAD variable:

Step 1

From the Webex Contact Center Portal navigation bar, choose Provisioning

Step 2

Choose CAD Variables.

The CAD Variables page appears. This page displays a list of CAD Variables.

Step 3

Click + New CAD Variable.

The CAD Variable page appears.
Step 4

Enter the following details and click Save.

Setting

Description

Name

Enter a name for the CAD variable. The name can include alphanumeric characters and the following characters:

  • hyphen (-)

  • underscore (_)

  • space character

The name cannot begin with space and cannot include two or more hyphens, underscores, or spaces in a row. You cannot edit the name later.

Description

(Optional) Enter a description of the CAD variable.

Agent Editable

Select Yes or No to specify whether agents can edit the value of the variables from the Webex Contact Center Agent Desktop.

Status

Select the status of the CAD variable.
