Deleting a Global Routing Strategy
To delete a global routing strategy:
Procedure
Step 1 | Open the Routing Strategy module, click the Call Routing button on the menu bar, and select Global Routing Strategies. |
Step 2 | On the Global Routing Strategy page, select the Entry Point or Queue button on the upper-left side page. |
Step 3 | Click the ellipsis button to the left of the strategy you want to delete and select Delete. In the confirmation dialog box that opens, click OK. The strategy is moved to the Deleted Global Routing Strategies page where it can be restored or permanently deleted. For more information, see Restoring or Permanently Deleting a Routing Strategy. |
